Members,
I'm forwarding this request hoping that someone can help Tom
with his search for info on this company that manufactured radios
in Asbury Park. There is an attachment which will not display on
the reflector. Anyone interested in seeing the attachment let me know.
It is a copy of the operating instructions for the radio.

Mr. Vourtsis,
I'm a 43-year veteran of commercial radio, and am about to retire.
Along the way, I've come across an antique radio I was hoping to
research.
Much to my surprise, I could find very little information on the
internet (or any place else for that matter). Then I happened across
the NJARC website and figured someone there could put me on
the right track.
The radio in question is a MU-RAD Type B. The manufacturer
was a company in Asbury Park.
I'd really like some background on this radio set.
It has all its parts except for the power supply.
Attached is a copy of the original (one-page) instruction
manual.
Any guidance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Tom Joseph
