Open Letter:

What a great event.

I wish to thank the executives of NJARC for managing - and Sarnoff for
hosting - yesterday's Radio Clinic.

My Salute to the radio Experts who applied their personal time to help others
get their radios going.

Most importantly, I wish to thank Al Klase for sharing his time and knowledge
mentoring me on radio theory, circuitry, repair, alignment and
history...while we worked on getting my National NC 81X back to life...which he succeeded in
doing in very fine fashion.

The NJARC Radio Clinic is without doubt a unique event.
We all get to meet, chitchat, inspect and enjoy together an endeavor that
each of us finds very rewarding.
It's exciting.

Speaking of exciting...I must call attention to the audio and visual effects.
The occasional sounds of sparking along with the sight of smoke plumes rising
from the work piece made for a titillatingly ambiance.

Sincere regards,
Steve Tetorka
