[NJARC] Opening Schedule for Public Access to Cottage #2

A previous message indicated that we should begin a public open house 
schedule for cottage #2, the NBHF and NJARC displays.  Harry Klancer has 
graciouslly agreed to maintain a schedule of volunteers and has made a 
good start in setting up a manning schedule.  We will start off on 
Sunday afternoons from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and the first opening will be 
Labor Day weekend, the 4th of September.  Eventually we will train local 
people to help but club members should carry the load for the first few 
months, who else knows the history of radio and can share our passion 
for it?  We need to make up scripts and training aids to insure that all 
volunteers are up to speed on all the exhits and these are being 
planned.  The tailgate swap meet on the 10th of September will be a good 
time to get aquainted with the displays and the mechanics of the house.  
Harry has figured on two volunteers per shift.  Please consider donating 
your time, the more members involved then the less often you have to
