[NJARC] Email list recipients Please Read This!

You can not send email to this list and to multiple recipients.  The list 
thinks it is SPAM and then holds it for my approval.

While I don't mind reading and approving list members email to the list, it 
slows down the process. This will hurt when the email needs to be sent out 
right away, because it is important or date sensitive. (Sometimes I am 
unable to read my email every day - and then the email sits until I do.)

 From now on, if you have many people you want to send a message to, and 
also to our list - send two messages.  One to the NJARC list, and send 
another to your private list.  This way the NJARC list will work automatically.

This problem is happening mostly with the InfoAge group.  If there is 
someone who understands this problem, please Inform Fred and Evan when you 
see them.

This is not a problem for me, I just want your email to go out quickly.
