[NJARC] 47 crosley TV poping fuses

Probably a shorted cap., but a shorted rectifier is not out of the 
question.  I lost a transformer once to a shorted 5Y4 in a radio.  Look 
and see if the filament is broken in your rectifier.  An ohmmeter should 
show up a shorted cap.
