Hi Joe, I have succesfully repaired tube socket and bandswitch wafers with epoxy. You get better results with the slow curing type.(not 5 minute formulas)In the event that yours is not repairable, you can simply slip the socket piece over the tube pin. as long as you don't remove the tube,it should work indefinitly.
