Hi Dale,

This is what it takes to make thing work.  Unfortunately they don't exist 
at the AWA.  A very small group of people with self-appointed dictatorial 
powers run it.   If anyone wants to help, only drones need to 
apply.  People with creative ideas are look upon as troublemakers, and are 
shunned, or worse.

None of the general membership are allowed to nominate members to the 
"Board", nor are they allowed a ballot to vote.  It is a dictatorship, and 
everyone knows it.

Dictatorships only last as long as there is no alternative.  In the last 
few years better alternatives have come along, like your group in Mesquite 
Texas.  The results speak for themselves.
