OK I found it. I didnt think to look there or overlooked it. I to have been
collecting radios for at least 20 to 30 years and have progrest from just
collecting to have to restoring to full working condition. Most of what I learned
was from books but I also got some help from friends from my job one of which
belongs to this club the reason I joined. I came into the club in 2002 and
have attended half the meetings. I have learned a great deal more about restoring
sets electronically and physically. I've meet a lot of nice folks to. This is
the most diverse group I've seen in terms of collections. Most other radio
groups specialize only in a certain category. This group promises everything. I
always have a fun time at meetings but mostly at the swap meets. There should
be more of them. Especially what John Dilks suggested about tailgating.
