[NJARC] Work Days for Camp Evens

Ray,

1) Is there a real plan here, or are we just doing labor?  I'd like to see 
something in writing - starting where we are and where we will be at some 
point, and where we expect to be at the end.  You need a plan to follow.

2) Does this guy have his funding lined up and does he have title?

3) Could we be liable if damage is caused? What if someone gets 
hurt?  Asbestos? etc.

4) I guess I'm asking, do we have a contract?  If not, we should get legal 
advice first.
