Subject: [NJARC] Work Days for Camp Evens

We have picked two initial days to start work on cottage two at camp=20
evens. If we can get this building in shape we can start moving the Nat

Br Hall of Fame stuff into it. The first day is Saturday the 31st of=20
May. What do we need? The same tools that you need around the house. =20
Small tools, hammers, pliars, screwdrivers, power drills, especially=20
those battery powered models with screwdriver tips. Cleaning supplies=20
for all around household use. Ladders, tall & short. Scrapers to=20
unfree painted up windows. Saws and carpenter tools to maybe do some=20
misc. carpenter work. Wire brushes to prepare painted surfaces.
We will take down boarded up windows, start repairs on the screens for=20
the screened porch and general clean up. The front door jamb needs some

carpenter work if anyone is so inclined. Plus all the usual things that

need attention around a house. We need to replace electrical fixtures=20
if you are capable. Bring eye protection so we can break up an old=20
boiler in the cellar, I'll bring a sledge.
Come early, 8 to 9 or so, bring a picnic lunch and stay as long as you
can.
For those of you who can spare time during the week, we have also set=20
Tuesday 3 June as another day. Several of us have already agreed to=20
come on Tuesday so why not join us if you can.
