New Jersey: On Sunday September 14, 2003 the Delaware Valley Radio
Association (NJ) and the NJ Antique Radio Club will try something new
(actually old). A combination vintage style Hamfest and an Antique Radio
Meet. The DVRA has returned to their old Hamfest location of years ago, the
National Guard Armory in Lawrenceville, NJ. It is a huge building with
inside displays and a large area outside for tailgating. Plenty of parking
on site is available.
It is just off of Route 95, use exit 7, take 206 south, turn right on
Eggert Road. It is easy to get to.
DVRA has invited the NJARC to participate with them to make this a huge
radio meet loaded with ham radios, old broadcast and short-wave radios and
lots of old radio related displays. This is a 100% "radio club
event". Please support it.
The K2TQN Old Radio museum will be there and on the air.
