[NJARC] Attention Navy Men

Hi,
On Saturday, June 19th, in conjunction with the repair clinic and "Living=

History of Telecommunications" or however Alex is titling it, I will be
setting up a ham station using WWII-era Navy equipment.  That weekend is
also the Museum Ships radio event where an effort is made to activate rad=
io
stations on many of the museum ships like Battleship NJ, USS Ling, etc.  =
I
will be trying to contact those stations on 7 and 14Mc.  It would really
help the presentation if I had someone to pound the brass while I talked =
to
visitors, or vice-versa.  I will have a mill and will show how messages
were transcribed, and have some practice gear for visitors to play with
code on.

I'll be at the meeting on Fri. if anyone wants to chat about it.
