Hi All,

Sunday, Feb. 2 is the Classic Exchange, an on-air event for old gear. I
will have 5-6 HF stations on the air at my home, along with two medium
frequency receivers for people with little or no Morse Code experience to=

explore the code a little by DXing aircraft beacons.

The equipment ranges from the top-of-the-line military gear, to the
lowliest of novice ham equipment, from 1936 to 1970.

This is a fun chance for new or prospective hams to experience a fun aspe=
ct
of the antique radio hobby; the use of vintage and antique communications=

gear on the air. Some of the gear might bring back memories for the Old
Timers, and we sure would like to hear them.

For more details about the event see http://qsl.asti.com/CX/

Club members that would like to participate should RSVP.
