My Beitman's is pretty clear.
The 'lytic closest to the '80 rectifier is a 10 mfd.  The output one is 25 
mfd.
Minimum of 350 WVDC, pref. use 450 WVDC.

Note that the minus sides are not connected together.  The input
can has to be insulated from the chassis or else the bias circuitry
will be shorted out.
