Hi,

I would be interested in your radios. Where are you located?? I would
give them a good home.

Thanks

Drew

Subject: [NJARC] Old radios

I have two old radios that I am willing to give to anyone who will take
them. I would hate for them to end up in the dumpster when someone could
either restore them or use them for parts.

One is a 5-band GE Radio H-87. It was my grandfather's and I remember
listening to the short wave band when I was younger. The chord that makes
the dial turn came off and we gave it to a friend whose husband said he
would fix it for us. He took a lot of it apart and it is not working now.
All the tubes light up - at least they did when we plugged it in last - but
something else is wrong with it.

The other radio is my daughter's. She said it is in better condition than
mine, but she has no room for it.

Please e-mail if you are interested in them.

Thanks.
