[NJARC] Help with an Old TV

Hi everyone.  I'm still working on a 1949 RCA television #8TC271.  I
finally got the HV section working.  It had several problems with it
that had to be corrected. Now I have  a new set of problems.  If anybody
can help me please contact me.  The picture tube lights up now, the
picture is narrow and not a full height.
The picture is also fuzzy and nothing can be discerned.  The audio works
great.  Brightness control works good and the horizontal and vertical
controls in front have a noticeable affect on the "blob".  Any help
would be appreciated.  I have to get this set back to the Holmdel Middle
School  museum by May.
