[NevadaARES] SKYWARN Amateur Radio Ops Plan - Winter 2003

Greetings to all -

I am pleased to announce that the proposed SKYWARN amateur radio
operations plan for the Winter 2003/2004 season has been reviewed and
approved by NWS Reno personnel.  This plan may now be considered adopted
and effective as a guideline for amateur radio support to the National
Weather Service in Reno during the upcoming winter season.  All SKYWARN
and area ARES operators are asked to take a few moments to familiarize
