[NevadaARES] WINCO Net Tonight

The monthly WINCO (Washington, Idaho, Nevada, California, and Oregon)
EMCOMM net is tonight at 1930 local on 3987 khz.  This net unites EMCOMM
operators from this region for discussion regarding any issues of
concern and exchange of information regarding amateur radio emergency
communications.  Radiogram practice in both slow speed CW and voice will
follow tonight's net.  Please join us if you can.
