[NevadaARES] 146.61 Repeater Outage

Greetings to all,

Please note that the 146.61 repeater will be taken off the air Sunday 
morning while we are doing repairs and maintenance at the Ophir Hill 
site.  Once it is back on the air Sunday, we expect it to be accompanied by 
the 443.075 repeater as well as the link to Toulon Peak (Lovelock).  Thanks 
to all .61 users for your patience while this service is being performed.
