Good Evening, All -

The monthly WINCO (Washington, Idaho, Nevada, California, and Oregon)
EMCOMM net is tomorrow evening at 1930 hours local. Frequencies are 3987
and 7232 khz. (due to summer band conditions, the net is being called
simultaneously on both Sac. Valley Section common calling
frequencies). Additionally, this station will call for VHF relays on
146.55 mhz. simplex in the Reno area during the net.

Tomorrow evening marks resumption of Radiogram training. A test message
will be sent following the net on HF - stations may copy and submit to
EMCOMM, P.O. Box 99, Macdoel, CA, 96058. Correct copy and format will
qualify for a special QSL (enclose SASE #10 envelope). The test message
sent will be carried over to Thursday's Western Nevada Noon Net - stations
copying the message there may also submit for the QSL if desired.

Prior to the WINCO net, the Reno Area SKYWARN and Medford NWS Weather
Spotter Nets will be called. The Reno Area SKYWARN net begins at 1905
hours on 147.12 + / P.L. 123.0 and the Medford NWS Regional Net begins at
1915 hours on 3987 khz (this net includes participation from amateur radio
weather spotters registered with the Medford, OR, Eureka, CA, Sacramento,
CA, and Reno, NV offices). All weather spotters are encouraged to
participate - visitors are welcomed as well.

73,
Matt, N7TOD
