[NevadaARES] Reminder: ARRL Leadership Forum

Just a reminder about the special amateur event this coming weekend.  If 
you are looking for a way to learn more about the ARRL and its place within 
amateur radio, here is a unique opportunity.

On Saturday, August 24th, the ARRL Nevada Section will sponsor an ARRL 
Leadership Forum in Carson City.  The Forum will feature ARRL Pacific 
Division Director Jim Maxwell W6CF, ARRL Nevada Section Manager Jan Welsh 
NK7N, and other Section leadership appointees from around the state.

Jim Maxwell will report on the recent ARRL Board of Director's meeting as 
well as other important national and regional issues.  Additionally, Jan 
Welsh and many senior Section leadership appointees will report on the 
"State Of The Section."

This will be your chance to meet the people responsible for providing ARRL 
leadership within the Nevada Section.  If you have any questions or 
problems with the ARRL, these are the people to talk to.  Please take 
advantage of this unique opportunity.

The Forum will be held at the Hilltop Community Church, 3616 North Sunridge 
Drive, Carson City, just east of Highway 395 across from Target/Home 
Depot.  It will start at 10:00 a.m. and last approximately two hours.  A
