Any conversation, meant to be private, such as a telephone conversation, is
not open to taping or recording. If it was meant to be private, then you
can't tape it but a recorded message/ conversation on a radio, for public use
does not enjoy any privacyand can be taped. I can walk around all day with a
tape recorder and record any conversation on the TV, radio, or in person,
legally.
