[NCham] Nacogdoches Repeater on Echolink

You can monitor some of the shuttle recovery activity by listening to 
the  Nacogdoches W5NAC repeater on Echolink (146.66, I believe).

The group is using the "WX_TALK" conference, but they request that 
monitoring stations do NOT connect to that conference.  Instead, connect to 
the "EDU_NET" conference, set up for listening only.  I believe the N2LEN 
repeater conference is also set up for monitoring.

Monday night I've heard that Amateurs are being sent out with as many 
search teams as possible (NASA, FBI, etc).  Amateur communications are 
working better than all others.  Some donated repeaters are being brought 
in to supplement the existing machines, but they need some temporary tower 
structures.

Today's crew was about 14 hams.  They are talking about needing 25 or more 
hams daily for the next two weeks.

Hams in Houston and Dallas are using Echolink to talk to the command center 
in Nacogdoches to coordinate recruiting hams.
