Hi Jim,

Your antenna wants are modest and you should work towards finding 
something you BOTH will be happy with.

I flushed the Kalifornia toilet ten years ago and bought a place in FC 
with no restrictions. Those places are out there. Make sure your RE 
agent understands what you want.

Probably the most used is 447.275 PL-100 on Horsetooth.
