[NCARC] New Arrival Antenna Question

Greetings, all!


My wife and I have just relocated from Southern California ("escaped" is 
a better term for it!) to the Fort Collins area, and I'd like to know 
how "antenna friendly" the area is.


We already scratched one house off our list as there was an HOA stating 
"NO communications antennas". We're NOT going to buy in an HOA 
subdivision, but she really liked the house, so we considered it.


I'm not planning on building out a "Super Sation", but I sure would like 
to have a 40' tower with a tribander on it!
