Hi,
The 146.625 repeater is back on the air.

  TECH TIME:
While investigating why the 625 repeater sometimes would show that a
CTCSS signal was present I looked a little closer at the outboard ComSpec
CTCSS decoder board. As I was looking at it the power supply IC fell
off... then the microprocessor IC fell off. It seems that ComSpec had a
problem getting their copperclad PCB to adhere to the solder. The copper
clad under the IC pins was naked! No tinning or any other evidence of
having been soldered. I had the fun of fluxing, reflowing and resoldering
all the little parts on the ComSpec tone decoder board.

I'd like to send a big thanks to Greg Ella (AD0JP) who loaned me the use
of a good rework capable microscope. I'm just going to have to get me
one of those!
