[NCARC] Icom IC-80AD software

Waited a week to send this message then got it working within 5 minutes.  Doh!  The USB cable recognized FB on a Win 7 laptop and a Win 8 tablet but wouldn't work from either.  Just tried with Chirp on my Mac and it clones fine.
