[NCARC] Looking for input (be nice) for repeater voice over announcements.

My message didn't make it through the reflector 'cause I added a folder
with lots of small sound files (snippets from TV and movies -- good for
IDs, timeouts, etc.). If anyone wants them I'll be happy to send them.
However, I'm aware that some folks will view playing sound files over
repeaters like they view music over repeaters: pure evil. Over the years
some folks have complained to repeater owners when several beeps were
sequenced to make a music chord or the start of Beethoven's 5th. Be
prepared for some evangelism if you run them.
