[NCARC] Can't get into 115 or 275

Hi Guys,

I know that the tone on the 145.115 and 447.275 has changed but now I can’t
seem to get into the either.
I’ve checked and made sure that RX tone is set correctly for both 110.9. 
I’ve got Kenwood TS-2000 but can’t find anywhere to check the TX tone.  I
was able to access both repeaters before.

Any idea what I have setup wrong?
