[NCARC] Ham leading Scout Troop

Keith,

I'm a scoutmaster with a troop in Fort Collins, and we go up there
frequently.  I know there's a couple repeaters I can hit with my HT, but I
don't recall exactly which ones.  Our troop will be up there in 2 weeks, so
I'll check out all the coverage and get back to you.

If you want to, work with the camp to get access to their ham shack.  It's
pretty well set up, and is in the 'Camp Jeffery' section of BDSR.
