[NCARC] Pole climber or bucket truck needed after lightning ZAP!

I had a lightning strike or near strike last night and my big loop (1100
feet of wire) was welded open. The wire separated in the middle of one
side and the ends of the broken wire now have little rounds balls at
each end!
That's no big deal but the 1/4" double Dacron rope that runs through the
Stainless steel pulley also was zapped and now I can't lower the system
to fix the wire!

So, I need a guy who can climb a 55 foot wooden utility pole (no
electrical wire on it, it is my pole on my property) and run a rope back
through my pulley.
I have steel screw in steps that can be installed on the pole and I also
have a linemans safety belt.
OR
somebody with a bucket truck that will allow working at 55 feet above
ground. Perhaps a truck with shorter boom may work with a pole extension
to thread the new rope into the pulley?

Anybody have any contacts?
