[NCARC] Ham class coming up

Hi All,

We're just two weeks away from NCARC's technician ham class on Oct. 19 
at the REA building, 7649 REA Parkway, in Windsor.

When it comes to one-day classes, we've learned that it's difficult to 
take a class all the way from zero ham radio knowledge to test-ready in 
one day. The right approach is to have students study from the various 
on-line resources (such as http://www.qrz.com/hamtest/), then ask 
questions and get clarifications during the one-day class.

Please note our instructors are prepared to discuss all topics in detail 
with each hour dedicated to teaching followed by questions and answers. 
Please bring along any notes, and especially your questions, and be 
prepared to have fun!
