Clarification:
The friend is going into Denver on I70, so is interested in which
repeaters are working best.

I have a reply with this info:
+ Most active is: 447.275 100hz pl
+ Most "prominent" (paraphrase) is 145.145.  Sender didn't know the
  tone freq.
