[NCARC] Preferred/Working Repeaters

In the Fort Collins and surrounding areas north,  working in spots from 
Limon toward Denver,  I would try the 447.700 - 100.0 hz pl and the 
447.275 - 100.0 hz pl. They both get better as you get closer to Denver. 
Both of these are NCARC machines  and are our widest area coverage machines.

There are several (too many to list) in the Denver metro area that work 
well.
