[NCARC] Hamfest!

Hello to all!

I am proud to announce that our hamfest webstie is up and running, and we
are now able to accept table reservations!

If you would like a table, hop on to www.ncarc.net and click on "hamfest
2014" to reserve your table or purchase tickets in advance.

We will be doing forums again this year on a variety of topics, and are in
the process of getting a 1x1 call sign for the event. The committee is
working very hard to make this the best event we can, and I am always open
to suggestions and comments.

If you would like more info, please email me or grab me at the club
meeting. I'll be giving a more detailed report there.

I'm also sporadically available on the air. This will change once the
weather gets colder, since I will no longer be riding my scooter around
town and will be in the truck with my radio on. I have one on the scooter,
but it's very hard for me to ride and hold on a conversation, so I don't
often get on the air.
