[NCARC] This is not hearsay

Justin and others that may be concerned:

I have to ask some questions as we start to answer your email.Do you 
know that all the statements are true personally correct or hearsay?If 
they are hearsay should you repeat them unless you know both sides?You 
have not been to most of the meetings either general or board.It also 
seems that you have not read the minutes of either meeting.

In your email you wrote that Trustee K1TJ voiced his intent to resign 
from the board.This is not a true statement.In TJ's email 3/18/2012 
quote "Consider this my resignation" does not say the board or the club. 
At the end of his email quote "Hope to see the club do well but I am done".

You wrote in your email that the closed meeting was illegal. The bylaws 
part 3 section 3a does allow this to happen.Since this was business for 
the board to handle, members of the board thought this was the best way 
to handle the situation. You stated that all board members were not 
there.All the board members were there.There were two board members that 
resigned. It is true that TJ did send an email to be reinstated.It was 
looked at by the board. The board did make it's decision.

In your email quote "it is my opinion that Willie is encroaching on the 
1^st and 2^nd amendment rights of some of our club members as seen in 
the below communication".I quote "I felt threatened by the man carrying 
a weapon and his words and tone of his voice".Who was I talking about, 
there is no name mentioned.That was my right to say as my opinion.There 
is another statement in this email quote "You know that the reason I 
feel that way about people with guns is because all the shootings we 
hear about now".This is my opinion and my freedom of speech.Are you 
trying to limit my freedom of speech?Where is my encroachment of the 
2^nd amendment?

In your email quote "As of right now the club repeaters are apparently 
operating without a station trustee which is a violation of FCC 
rules".In conversation with Randy, TJ has stated that he would keep the 
trustee and paper work until we get another trustee.We would like to 
thank him for his help.

You have again changed the wording of Chris's resignation quote from 
your email "Chris, our president, also voiced intent to resign as the 
club president". Email from Chris 3/22/2012 quote "I wish to make it 
clear, my resignation is final".

The statement you have made is not right, quote "Bill Abbot (member at 
large) also voiced intent to resign from the board and later withdrew 
that resignation as well, keep in mind that he was not a club member for 
the required12 months before being voted into the board as per the 
bylaws".Board minutes said "Bill Abbott brought up the fact that he 
hasn't been a member of the club for the required year (10 ½ months)", 
and therefore he is withdrawing from his position as Member at 
Large.Motion was made to present this to the club about making a 
statement which would suspend the By-Laws requirement of one year for 
this particular instance only.Motion passed." Minutes of the general 
meeting state:"Discussion had last meeting concerning Bill Abbott and 
his resignation from the post of Member at Large, due to finding out his 
membership did not fit the clause in the new By-Laws.Ed moved to suspend 
this clause in this instance only. Motion carried."

I don't understand about un-announced meeting?All board members did know 
about the meeting.This was all that was needed to handle the board 
issue.There was not a thing wrong with the way the meeting was handled 
and the by laws were followed to the full extent.Being a closed meeting 
there could not be any visitors.Quote "folks, it is time that the club 
understand the hostile takeover that has taken place of the NCARC".The 
resignations have come about from people getting mad and wanting to 
resign on their own. There was no hostile takeover from the board 
meeting.If there was a hostile takeover, it was Saturday at the general 
meeting.We will get into that later.

I Willie Williams made a statement quote "We have not finished a project 
in over 4 years".Mr. Justin quote "Keep in mind the Buckhorn site 
project was started in mid-2009 and was completed in 2010".I am sorry to 
say that in all the minutes from April 2009 to Dec 2010 there is not 
anything about the Buckhorn site being complete.The 625 machine is not 
working right, Horsetooth not right, linking system not complete, and 
now voting repeater.

Quote from email from Mr Justin "It is my opinion, even though missed 
the last club meeting, that Marty finally said what needed to be 
said".At the last board meeting, from the minutes TJ's proposal, quote 
"to consider voting receiver project to come up after the linking 
project".As far as Marty's motion at the general meeting, Marty was very 
much out of order.The accusation that the board was not doing their 
job.If people would attend board meetings and general meetings things 
would move smoother.Marty was very much out of order.The motion did not 
followthe bylaws of the club.Part 5 section 5 states quote"The 
Corporation budget may be amended as necessary, by the Club Board.Single 
line item amendments of $250.00 or less may be approved by the Club 
Board and reported to the General Membership.It looks and acts like 
Marty does not care for or wants to follow the bylaw set forth by the 
club.These bylaws were voted on by the whole club.The bylaws were read 
to the club twice and then voted on and carried.The bylaws were printed 
in the Tribander for people to read.

Talking about the bylaws, how long do you have to read them before you 
understand them?Justin and Marty, these bylaws have been out in 
operation almost a year and you just now found there were changes.The 
ones that were moved around were placed on committees and needed to 
answer only to their chairman.

I don't know what you are trying to say about me making the motion for 
the money for the linking system.Yes I made the motion but then I ask 
for a print out of how the system works, I have not seen one until 
Eugene tried to make one up.I also didn't think it would take this long 
to get done.We have had reports and now we find the reports were not 
correct.

I could go on and on about the things that are wrong but I don't want to 
take up all your time.I have shown you and the members how your email 
did not tell the truth.Now it is up to you to work these things out for 
yourself.I have touched on a few of the points that may shed light on
