[NCARC] Severe Wx Spotter training April 30

Severe Weather Training in Fort Collins on Saturday April 30th at 9 am 
at the F.C. Police Station on Timberline (Parking is available on the 
street or the west end of the north parking lot only!).  The NWS 
traininng will start at 9am and should complete about noon.  We will do 
a lunch and for the afternoon do ARES D-10 Wx training and other D-10 
business.

For those that are concerned about the flood of email to the lists, as 
long as people hit reply to my email it should come to me and not the list.
