[NCARC] Severe Wx Spotter training April 30

Folks,

We have scheduled Severe Wx Spotter training for April 30.  The NWS
portion of the training will start at 9am and should complete about noon
plus or minus.  We will do a lunch and for the afternoon do ARES D-10 Wx
training and other D-10 business.  More on the agenda later.

If you are going to attend, you will need to send me an email.  I have
space for a total of 70 people and we are sharing with the public as

Parking is available on the street or the west end of the north parking
lot only!
