Hi all-
Colin is looking for operators if anyone can help, they have asked and
been given permission to use the 145.115 repeater during these 2 days.
Please limit traffic on that repeater during this to "necessary"
communications only, we have plenty of other repeater to choose from.
If anyone can help, he would appreciate it.

If anyone can help Colin with his plight, it would be much appreciated.
It is Field Day, so many of us that used to support them no longer do.
If interested, please contact Colin directly at the address supplied.

Gents,
I am the COML (Ham Coordinator) for the 2011 Bike MS 150 event. This
event will ride Saturday, from FRCC (Broomfield) to CSU (Ft. Collins), up
along the Front Range foothills and return on Sunday along a similar
route. I am in need of some amateur radio operators who would be willing
to assist my team with this event. The event is scheduled for June 25th
and 26th (I know, Field Day, right!?). I can use mobile and stationary
coverage for one, or both days.
Currently, I am in desperate need of the following;
A) I need two (2) Net Control operators for North Command Net (145.115
Primary, 147.195 Secondary) for both days. If someone has a home location
that hits these repeaters, I have no problem with that operating position.
If there are operators who want to trade off each day, I can work with
that. Even if they are participating in Field Day and can have additional
operators at their location to support this event, I can live with that
too! Did I mention I'm desperate...?
B) I need one (1) Mobile Operator for shadow coverage of the Event
Coordinator (in her vehicle), both days. This requires mobile and HT
capability.
C) Rest Stop (Stationary) operators - At minimum, I need one (1) for one
day (Saturday). If I can get more, I can use three (2+1) on Saturday (to
get two hams at each location) and one (1) on Sunday. I can work with
husband/wife teams, if needed (same goes for Net Control).
Experience is not necessary, but always welcome. If I get extra, I can
post them up at other useful locations (some temporary) along the route.
Please distribute this request to your membership, nets and reflectors. I
realize this is fairly short notice (T-24 days), but I've had a few back
out lately due to conflicts. Below is my complete contact information.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
Cheers,
Colin Whitmore - AC0S
