[NCARC] NCARC Booth Stuff

Had a thought...   just one , that's enough for today.

     How bout we get volunteer resources from WARS, BARC and RMRL and other
local ham club groups.  I seriously wondering if we can muster enough warm
bodies...   besides it would be good for everyone to cross-pollinate a bit.
:-0   It might be as simple as getting onto other area nets and announcing
NCARCs opportunity to serve.
