[NCARC] NCARC Booth Stuff

Hello NCARC Email group Members!

  We have a two day Booth opportunity for NCARC.  It is going to be in old town and there should be about 10,000 people plus walking by our booth.  It is for the Fort Collins Cycling Festival (FCCF) on August 20-21, 2011.  We are looking for any past booth or display setups that have been used for demonstrating or displaying what NCARC, Amateur Radio etc. is all about.  Maybe even fliers that you have picked up at other events that you found appealing.

  Could anyone who has the materials for any booth or display of our club, please contact Eugene (KI6MPA) or Willie (W5WIW) with what you have so we could collect stuff up and have a great booth.

  We remember seeing a table at the HAMFEST set up with club information about repeaters but do not know who was responsible or in charge of getting that all together.  If anyone has an idea for something to be displayed in the booth please also feel free to provide your input.

  We know our club has a lot of history and a lot of very knowledgeable people who could demonstrate to the community what it is we are so excited about.  Please feel free to contact both Willie or myself with your ideas.  If someone wanted to do a demonstration related to the Ham Community please let us know.
