[NCARC] Using Gates safety review

I normally do not send out emails like this but since Severe Weather
season is coming soon and we do go through gated roads this should make
a lot of you think as you go through gates in rural Colorado.

    Most of us have to drive through access gates at some point of our
    driving careers.

    We have had numerous incidents with gates swinging in the wind and
    hitting vehicles.

    This guy caught a gate that was probably hidden by the tree line as
    he rounded the corner.     

     

    “Be aware of your surroundings”.
