[NCARC] Electro-Mechanical Engineer needed for a contract

We are exploring the possibility  of contracting an engineer to
design and build a battery charging characterization rack.

This is low voltage high current  (~12VDC) system.

The engineer needs to be familiar with hardware, rack level and
board level systems architecture, high current switching and
battery safety.
