[NCARC] Buckhorn site is on the air for testing at new site

Hi all-
     The 145.205 100.0/100.00 pl repeater is now operational on Buckhorn 
Mountain,  the 224.840 100.0/100.0 will be up soon.  Thanks to Jim - 
KCØRBT and Chris - KDØEGE who where on the tower for several hours today 
hanging the antenna.  Several others where also there and I appreciate 
all the help.  Give it a try and see what you think, works better away 
from the foothills a bit.
