[NCARC] Circuit board fabrication needed

Hey, Rick,

If you can fit within the limits of the freeware version of Eagle, I'd 
recommend using Eagle and BatchPCB for low quantities of inexpensive 
prototypes. I like expresspcb.com too but boards with silkscreens can be 
more expensive with them than BatchPCB.

My current favorite technique for driving large quantities of small LEDs 
is the MAX6971ANG+ from Maxim. It will drive up to 16 channels with the 
current set by a single resistor. Datasheet available here:
