[NCARC] Circuit board fabrication needed

Electronic board fabrication needed:

I am looking for someone to build a couple of circuit boards for me 
using LM3914 dot-bargraph display drivers to drive some large LED 
bargraphs.  These can be built using prototype boards, or as an option, 
creating a couple of photo etched  circuit boards.  I would like to 
discuss options.
