[NCARC] Further tower updates

Hi folks=

Like any breaking news story, corrections start to come in when there are
more witnesses. Some corrections to the earlier report-- it looks like the 4
bay 2 meter antenna took the hit (this is the one we are not using because
of noise problems... maybe this is providential?!).  The 440 antenna is
working ok. The 220 antenna is visibily ok but George (AB0SF) doesn't know
if it survived or not.  Rick, W0RCY can visibly see the antennas from his
house and he believes the cross beam didn't fall out in the wind as was
reported earlier.   We will need to get our team to go up and check things
out.
