Hi folks-

The 220 repeater has been shut off temporarily, and our 440 repeater antenna
has an unfortunate new polarization (horizontal). The winds that were
gusting last Friday took out the Rohn 45 cross-boom section where our VHF
and 220 antennas are normally located. Amazingly our VHF 440 antenna and
repeater is still working but the 220 antenna has an element sheered off
which is why the repeater has been turned off. I'm not sure if the 440
repeater system is working "properly" or not as one has to imagine that the
physical properties have changed.

The 145.115 repeater I'm assuming is still working ok (I'm away from my
radio at the moment) as the antenna is at a different location.

More details to come, but in the meantime I've asked Radio Dan to get in
contact with the company maintaining the tower and prepare a response plan.
We have a good contact into the tower company via George, AB0SF.
