Hi Kerry,
The preferred method for me and probably many others on this reflector is to
retrieve documents via a link from the source, such as http://www.mparg.org/
or http://www.arrl.org/hamfests.html rather than an attachment.

For information that is not found else where on the internet, you can always
upload non-copyrighted material to your website and we can download it from
there.
