We've got a treat planned for the presentation portion of the January 21st
NCARC meeting.......don't miss out!
SCOM will be introducing a new repeater controller this year

Come hear Bob Schmid, WA9FBO, Dave Maciorowski, WA1JHK, and Virgil Leenerts
(W0INK) informally discuss and demonstrate SCOM Ltd's replacement for the 7K
repeater controllers.    SCOM industries has been hard at work and has
created an FPGA/flash based replacement that is a marvel of new technology.

Topics to be discussed include but are not limited to:

New feature list and capabilities of the 7300 - what new stuff will we be
able to do with our NCARC repeaters?
Pricing and delivery
Block diagram / tour
Grounding and analog design strategy
A clever strategy to leverage the 7K firmware:  Implementing a 6809
processor in an FPGA
Use of .WAV files in repeater controllers and a demo
Surface mount challenges
